Dear PMN's, I am beyond excited to meet all of you during recruitment! I remember being in your shoes, not knowing what to expect and honestly a little overwhelmed. But the moment I walked into Alpha Xi, I was immediately greeted by the most by the most amazing girls who broke me out of my shell and made me feel so comfortable. Recruitment can feel like a whirlwind at first: with many conversations, new faces, and unfamiliar routines. But it is also a time full of excitement, self-discovery, and finding a home away from home. It's okay to feel nervous! Just take it one day at a time, be yourself, and trust your instincts. Pay attention to the moments you feel most like yourself and can see yourself growing; that is where you will find your people. Throughout my time at Alpha Xi Delta, I've been able to realize my potential because of the most loving girls who push me academically, challenge me as a leader, and have become my favorite people to do life with.
